GENERAL TERMS

I, Frankino (the artist), claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer.

  • The commission is for personal use only (uploading it to social profiles, personal prints, wallpaper, etc.), you can't use it for commercial purposes. Contact me first if you want commercial works.

  • The price will increase depending on the complexity of the piece / character design or additional requests.

  • Payment upfront through PayPal (invoice) / USD.

  • Turn Around Time (TAT) is 3 - 5 days for a drawing.

  • I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.

  • I retain all the rights to my work for self-promotion, portfolio use and social media posts, unless requested otherwise and mutually agreed upon.

  • You are not allowed to sell, edit, trace, profit off or claim the artwork as your own. You may repost it on any other site only with credit.

  • Feeding any of my art to AI training / used for NFTs is strictly prohibited.

  • Please provide visual references (pics, poses, etc.) NO text.

  • I will send updates about commission progress and notify you if there are any delays.

  • The buyer is NOT allowed a refund once I start working on the commission.
